Rotary Club of Parker Members, please join us for a reception and potluck to welcome the Open World delegation from the Republic of Uzbekistan. A Western Cowboy/Cowgirl attire is highly recommended. This event is open ONLY to the members of the Rotary Club of Parker and their spouses/partners. An RSVP is mandatory. To attend this event you must have replied to the email that Alvaro Pisoni sent out, by April 19. (Not sure whether you have sent an RSVP? Please double-check with Alvaro.) If you wish to bring food to the potluck dinner, please indicate what you will be bringing (salad/side dish or dessert) by clicking the button to the left Bringing food to the potluck for Open World. Please note that our Open World guests do not eat pork -- please be sure that there is no pork of any kind (including bacon) in the dish that you bring. Water, coffee and tea will be provided, but you will need to bring any other beverage you may want. Please note that our contract with St. Matthew's church states no alcohol. Keeping with a cowboy theme, there will be BBQ chicken as the "main course." If you have any questions about food for the potluck, please contact Janice Beller. Please be aware that there is no smoking on the church property (indoors or outdoors). N.B.: The St. Matthew Hall is just south of Mainstreet. Access to the Hall is from the green area courtyard behind the church. You can park in one of the several public parking areas near Parker Mainstreet and walk to the St. Matthew Hall. |
