The event will be a fundraiser for the End Polio Now campaign, and all net proceeds from the dinner and additional contributions will be matched $2 to $1 by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Dress for the evening is business or cocktail attire.

6:30 to 8:30 pm - Dinner and program

District 5450 is asking that everyone make an additional donation to EndPolio when you register for the dinner. (optional) You will be given individual and club credit for your donation.  You can also make a donation to EndPolio at the dinner - please bring cash or check with you to the dinner.
Each person/couple must register individually.  Club members will be seated together at tables with the Club Name prominently displayed.  Thank you for supporting this event and helping Rotary achieve it's number one goal:  End Polio Now!
Please register soon.  This is a really fun evening!  Bring your spouses, friends and guests.  The cost to attend is $65 per person.  We have some money in our budget to help with the cost for our Active Rotarian's in our club but it will not cover the entire cost.  It will depend on who many attend.

If you decide to register, please remember to put the Rotary Club of Parker on your registration.  It's an easy drive for us and it SOLD OUT last year, so asap.
