President-Elect Selden Provides Vocational Talk
President-elect Dave Selden provided an interesting snapshot of his background and career.  Dave enlisted in the US Army where he served 2 years in Wildflecken, Germany as a cavalry scout followed by almost 4 years at Fort Bliss, Texas as a surety NCO and Nuclear, Biological & Chemical (NBC) NCO.  He left the Army in 1985 and was then employed by John Hancock and later Smith Barney as a stock broker in Omaha, Nebraska.  He moved to Denver in 1991 to work with Dean Witter Reynolds.  Dave later spent several years recruiting investment management specialists for businesses within the investment industry.  He currently is employed as a regional director with American Senior Benefits where he recruits, hires and trains specialists to promote services to seniors.  Dave is a certified senior advisor.  He is married and has 4 children – 3 girls & 1 boy.
