We mourn the death of Honorary Member Bill Gripman, who passed away October 21.  Bill served as chair of the International Committee that started a trade school in Cambodia. He visited twice to ensure all students were getting what they needed, including uniforms and school supplies.  Bill received the Rotarian of the Year award for 1999-2000.  He participated in more local projects that could ever be listed here and worked closely with his wife Nancy, also a member and  honorary member, who established the Parker Task Force and the Parker Community Garden.  They were a dynamic duo.  Bill later served on the Membership Committee and was proud of the fact that he brought in, what he called, some of the "heroes" of our club.

A memorial service is planned for Saturday, November 9 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Andrew's United Methodist Church in Highlands Ranch.
