Service Opportunities
2020 Parker State of the Town is coming up on Wednesday, February 26 at the PACE Center.  We’re closing in on our goal of raising $60,000 from sponsors – we have only about $10, 000 left to go!  Keep up the good work of soliciting sponsors.  Think of the local businesses that you support – do you have a dentist appointment or a car servicing coming up?  Ask if they will consider becoming sponsors.

Our next date for soliciting contributions for the Parker Task Force is Saturday, March 7 from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.  To sign up online for a 2-hour shift, click here.

Paul Harris Fellows
Contributions to The Rotary Foundation are essential to securing and growing Rotary programs throughout the world. The Foundation recognizes donors to express its gratitude for each commitment, offering individual and club recognition as well as naming opportunities that enable donors to honor a friend or family member with a named or endowed gift.

The Paul Harris Fellow recognition acknowledges individuals who contribute, or who have contributions made in their name, of $1,000 to The Rotary Foundation.  Rotary established the recognition in 1957 to encourage and show appreciation for contributions to what was then the Foundation’s only program, Rotary Foundation Fellowships for Advanced Study, the precursor to Ambassadorial Scholarships.

The following members of the Rotary Club of Parker have received Paul Harris Fellow Awards in the past 3 months.  Congratulations to these Rotarians!
