18 Mar. 2026 Affinity Ranch Planning & Priorities Meeting Mar. 18, 2026 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Parker Rotary has completed the mental health cabins at Affinity Ranch and came in under budget, creating additional opportunities for impact this year and beyond. Affinity Ranch in Parker is now the largest campus on the Front Range dedicated to equine-assisted therapies. Leading regional organizations serving individuals with disabilities partner with the ranch to amplify their impact, and eight mental health providers have now joined the ecosystem. The momentum is real, and our club’s contributions have been instrumental. This meeting will focus on: New infrastructure and renovation projects Strategic growth opportunities Non-manual service roles, including events, finance, grant writing, and organizational development Hands-on service projects such as fencing, landscaping, and corral improvements Developing a 2025 roadmap and early planning for the 2026 to 2027 Rotary year Shannon Forslund, Executive Director of Affinity Ranch, will present upcoming opportunities, answer questions, and help align club member interests with current needs. Whether you are a long-time volunteer, newly interested, or simply curious about how you can contribute, this meeting is for you. Family and friends are welcome.

23 Mar. 2026 Project CURE March 2026 Mar. 23, 2026 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Volunteer to sort donated medical supplies for Project C.U.R.E. No medical training is needed -- you just have to be able to recognize that two items are the same! There will be training on the sorting process that evening for new volunteers. No open-toed shoes are allowed in the warehouse. Questions? Please contact Kevin Anderson. Note: We will be mostly on our feet for the two hours of our shift. Dress warm! The warehouse can be chilly in the winter.
