Becoming a Member

Who We Are
Parker Rotarians are a diverse group of professionals, tradespeople, civic leaders, retirees, stay-at-home parents, neighbors and friends, who:
- Volunteer locally and globally
- Support those in need including youth, seniors and veterans
- Enjoy fellowship through service, socials, and shared values
- Work together to improve lives in Parker and beyond
No specific background or experience is required. Just a desire to make an impact and build meaningful relationships.
What is Expected of You
As a club member, you will be asked to:
- Engage in club meetings, project and events
- Use your skills and talents to make a difference
- Pay club dues
Rotary is built on flexibility, shared purpose, and service. There’s no one way to be a great member. Some of us lead major projects, others roll up their sleeves at events, and many simply show up when and where they can.
When Do We Meet
Our primary club meeting is Thursday mornings from 7:00–8:15 AM, with optional networking starting at 6:30 AM. Meetings can be attended in person or via Zoom, and they’re a great way to stay connected, hear from local speakers, and get updates on projects and opportunities.
Most Thursday meetings are held at Parker Task Force, but:
- Every quarter we host an offsite meeting at a local business or project site
- Every month with a 5th Thursday, we swap the morning meeting for an after-hours event
- We also hold Thursday afternoon happy hours (focused on fellowship)
- Plus social functions and “fireside chats” throughout the year
Attending two meetings is required before joining, but ongoing attendance is encouraged — not mandatory. Members are expected to stay engaged, but we understand that can take many forms. Meetings remain the best way to stay in the loop and build relationships.
