Charlie grew up southwest of Wichita, Kansas and later completed high school in Phoenix, Arizona. He joined the Air Force and was on active duty for 12 years in Phoenix, Japan, Florida, and Turkey.  His assignments were in flightline support, working on engines, and later in the procurements and contracts office.  Combining his military experience and education, Charlie started his own consulting firm, FP&C Consulting.  He and his staff function as advisors to individuals and businesses that want to do business and/or contracts with the federal government.

While living and working in Florida, Charlie was a member of the Doctor Phillips Rotary Club in Orlando in 2009-10.  His long-term goal now that his business is established is to become involved in philanthropy and community engagement by helping other people through Rotary opportunities.  Charlie and his family have lived in Colorado for the past 11 years. His wife Lisa works in human resources for the federal government.  His oldest daughter lives in Arizona, son in Orlando, FL, and youngest daughter is studying at Colorado State University.

He loves working with and training his staff. He emphasizes character building skills, stresses high levels of ethics, and good communications with each patron.

In 2022 Chris engaged in a new business venture by opening Heart and Home, a shop that supports small local businesses. Currently, he has 70 local artisans selling their various homemade products.  Chris’s oldest daughter is a manager in a Publix supermarket in Florida and his youngest daughter is a sophomore at the University of Denver majoring in finance.
